I did not diss Stonebwoy in ‘Yawa no dey’ – M.anifest clears the air
Award-winning Ghanaian English Rapper, M.anifest, has cleared the air about suggestions that some lines in his latest song ‘Yawa no dey’ were a diss to colleague dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy.
Born Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, M.anifest stated that his “small fly we dey fly, wey your man bore, we came to win… yen b3prii draw …” line in the song was never meant for the Bhim Nation boss.
He made this known in an interview on GH One TV. Many of the critics who have been making this allegation said the musician may be fighting for musician Kelvyn boy who fell out with Stonebwoy months ago.
To make issue clear, he said he (M.anifest) can never be a lawyer for Kelvynboy to fight his battles for him and that he did not even have Stonebwoy in mind when he was recording his verse.
He added that the beef between Stonebwoy and Kelvynboy is none of his business.
In other news, M.anifest disclosed that claims by Shatta Wale that he was the first Ghanaian artiste to start street shows are entirely false.
He stated on record that he was the first to do a block party before other artistes started doing street shows.
