Strongman – Change Ft. Kumi Guitar
Sarkcess Music artiste, Strongman is following up on the success of his Cardi B cover with yet another release titled “Change” and he scored the feature of Zylofon Music artiste, Kumi Guitar.
Produced by KC Beatz, “Change” is a strong for the times especially as in Nigeria, Chocolate Music led by rapper, M.I are trying to force hip-hop back to life.
Osei Kwaku Vincent known in music circles as Strongman is a Ghanaian Hip-hop artiste known for his unique rap style and lyrical ingenuity. He ventured into music during his time as a student at T.I Amassout. He began as a member of the MicBurnerz Music, with Azee Ntwene who helped progress his rap career.
Azee Ntwene owned a record label known as Strong Empire where the Oseikrom rapper does indigenous rap in a proverbial manner.
Strongman continued his musical sojourn and was plunged into limelight after winning the “Focus Fm Freestyle Friday” in 2010, “Kfm Freestyle Saturday” in 2011 and “Tha Next Big Thang In Gh Hip-hop” in 2012.
Over the past few years, the fast-rising artiste won the hearts of Ghanaians including fellow artistes and earned a reputation as one of the most creative rappers in Ghana. He is currently signed to Sarkcess Music owned by Sarkodie.
Champion rapper, Strongman has worked with many great artistes in Ghana including Sarkodie, Bisa Kdei, Okyeame Kwame, Flowking Stone, Edem, DJ Black and lots more. He has also earned several awards in the course of his career.
Strongman kicked off this year with the release of “Charcoal” in January before dropping “Baby Girl” in February on which he featured Kuami Eugene. May saw him feature on Akwaboah‘s “Forget” before rounding off the month with the release of “Monster” on which he featured B4Bonah.
Collaborator on the track, Zylofon Music artiste, Kumi Guitar‘s feature on this song is the first we have heard from him since he dropped “Temperature” on which he featured Jupitar and we dare say it is a deserving comeback.
