Kiss Daniel Changes Stage Name
Former G-Worldwide Entertainment frontman, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kiss Daniel seems to have changed his stage name to KIZZ DANIEL.
Very recently, it was observed that the “Yeba” crooner changed his social media handle from @iamkissdaniel to @iamkizzdaniel which raised eyebrows as it was suspected that this is a move to show that the “Laye” singer has finally broken away totally from his previous record label.
If you recall, controversies arose last year when he left G-Worldwide before his contract expired, and that led to legal war between the artist and the label. To the point that he was forbidden from performing some of his songs as they were purportedly properties of the label.
The “Jumbo” hit maker however moved on by starting his own record label, Flyboy Inc. and has since signed artistes to his label.
This name change is believed to be in response to his former label’s claim that “Kiss Daniel” is owned by G -WorldWide.
While an official statement is still been awaited from the Flyboy Inc boss, the new changes are already spotted on not just his social media platforms, but also a new Spotify and Apple Music accounts have been creaed with the name “Kizz Daniel“, with his two new songs featured.
Also, on Omawumi‘s new song “Me Ke,” on which he is featured, he is listed as Kizz Daniel
