Ladipoe – T.A.P (Talk About Poe)

A year after joining the Mavin Record’s camp, LadiPoe finally released his debut project under the new management last Friday. The ten-track long project is dubbed T.A.P (Talk About Poe) and it very much ranks about the best hip hop albums of the year.

The talented rapper who started his musical journey several years back and has been instrumental in making many a record great in every sense of the word, finally decided it was time to reward his fans for patiently waiting for this long overdue body of work.

Thus, he has sought the genius of several other top-tier artistes in the game to make T.A.P as amazing as it could be. We see the talented Ghanaian songstress Efya on “Voices”, Seyi Shay spicing up “Red Light”. He links up frequent collaborator Funbi as they both take “One Step Closer” to fan’s heart and the peak.

Tems makes an appearance on “Falling”, with Sir Dauda coming in on “Hello Goodbye”, before LadiPoe bids us farewell on “Revival”, reminding us his kind of artiste is rare to find these days.

With production credits going to top hip-hop producers like Ikon, Spax, Otee Beats and Duggie, it is clear why T.A.P comes through as a masterpiece.
