Watch: Reekado Banks Finally Apologises to Lil Kesh: “What I Said Was Too Much”

Reekado Banks, who has been in the news recently on account of his failure to refund a couple who paid him two million naira to perform at their wedding for not showing up has just recently come out in a new video to apologise to Lil Kesh for his offensive comments towards him last year.
If you kept up with the happenings in the Nigerian music industry last year, you must recall that, sometime last year, a video went viral showing Reekado Banks telling his audience after one of his shows that he was a better artiste than the YBNL superstar.

Reekado even went as far as saying “I better pass him papa,” and virtually everyone who had an opinion about that incident thought the ‘Oluwa Ni’ singer went a step too far.
The Mavin Records superstar has however come out to admit that he indeed took things too far, and has now apologized to Lil Kesh for his untoward remarks, explaining that, at the time, he was dealing with feelings of inadequacy that he has now resolved.
In this video, the ‘Easy Jeje’ hit-maker also talked about recent trending topics such as the sex doll craze, his opinion about Lola Okoye smoking, his recent tweet about a popular sex position, and what his father, who is a pastor, thinks about the fact that he does secular music.
Will this apology by Reekado Banks be enough to finally bury the hatchet between him and Lil Kesh? We honestly hope so.
