Nigerian Police Beat Up Former YBNL Star, Viktoh

Former YBNL artiste, Viktoh is the latest victim of the Nigerian Police’s highhandedness as reports say he was brutalised by men of the Nigerian Police Force on his way to Afrika Shrine, the venue of Zlatan‘s concert where he was billed to perform.

While details of what transpired between the former YBNL man and the police is not yet public knowledge, this would not be the first time men of the Nigerian police force are going on strong against civilians, most times because they want to collect bribes.

Last year, the attacks got so much that Nigerian youths and artistes had to stage protests and tweet campaigns to call attention to it. Artistes like Falz, Tiwa Savage, Simi, among others have spoken out again police brutality and joined the #EndSARS campaign last year and it doesn’t look like they are ready to stop yet.

Reports and pictures seen show that Viktoh was so beaten that one side of his face got shut. Still, the singer still went on to perform at the festival and it is still likely that he would speak up about this or even file a suit against the police force for this.
