Alter Plate Anchorman, Harrysong is now all set to commission his highly-anticipated album titled “Kingmaker.” The project of musical art has been a long time coming; however a combination of factors has seen the “Reggae Blues” hitmaker hold on till now.
Harrysong whose real name is Harrison Tare Okiri packs an extensive musical prowess and craft. Asides from his musical abilities, he is also known as a prolific songwriter. He is even rumoured to have been the brain behind the several hit songs of former label mate, KCee.
The relationship with Harrysong and Five Star Music would eventually come to an acrimonious end; a situation which saw label boss, E-Money and KCee getting Harrysong arrested alongside his manager.
Now, the “Kingmaker” album will be Harrysong’s first major project under his own imprint and with his antecedents, the flags of success looks to be flying already.
Asides from his recently released “Record Of Life“ off the project, the serial hitmaker has also dropped such stunners including “Arabanko,” “Ofeshe,” “Samakwe,” Bacana,” “Beta Pikin, “Nwamama,” “Baba For The Girls,” and a world of others too numerous to mention.
The “Kingmaker” album is a 14-track record and feast. It features heavyweights in the mould of M.I, Patoranking, Seyi Shay and Timaya among others artistes. The project drops at the end of the month so you already want to follow NaijaTurnUp as we will bring you the spice once it is commissioned.
